DUNEDIN UNIT 202 AED'S HAS INSTALLED ALL 6 AED'S AND SUCCESSFULLY HAD IT'S FIRST DRILL. DUE TO THE OUTSTANDING SUPPORT, THE COMMITTEE HAS BEEN ABLE TO ADD CHILD PADS TO EACH AED, AS WELL AS NOTIFICATION LIGHTS FOR RESPONDERS. Continued support is needed by all in Unit 202 to cover cost of RESPONDERS for the coming years as well as necessary replacement of batteries and pads.

THANK YOU to our drill coordinator, Roger Blank, for leading our successful CPR/AED drills this past year.
Unit 202 Responders have added the coverage of the Dunedin Pool and Postal Station to our coverage area for a cardiac arrest call. Unit 202 joins unit 201 in volunteering to cover our neighborhood pool since there is not an AED at the site. 
NOTE: When calling 911 from this site the address must be provided. It is posted at the pool and also in the postal bulletin board. There is a phone at the pool for use as well. The address of the Dunedin Pool is 1208 Hillsborough Trail, The Villages, Sumter County and the postal station is 1196 Hillsborough Trail, The Villages, Sumter County.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Unit 2010 is always looking for more rsponders. The type of CPR used does not use mouth to Mouth, chest compressions only. Please email rosemarybeales1@gmail.com

COMMITTEEE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 
Unit 202 is looking for volunteers to help with our AED program. Unit 202 will be contacting residents in early February requesting continued support for CPR/AED program. Thankyou for all those that have made this possible.

We have accumulated the necessary funds for the purchase of 6 AEDs for DUNEDIN Unit 202.

Reaching our goal has allowed us to move forward with implementing the program.
